AP23XXX series high performance Voice OTP (one time Programmable) are fabricated with Standard CMOS process with embedded embedded 8M/4M/2M/1M/512K/256K EEPROM. It can store from 10 to 682 sec voice message with 4 bit ADPCM at 6Khz sampling rate. User selectable triggering and output signal options provide maximum flexibility to various applications. Built-in resistor controlled oscillator, 16-bit current mode D/A output and PWM direct speaker driving output minimize the number of external components, Volume control, support SPI, I2C and MP3 mode and power on play.

Q - What is the difference between the AP89XXXK and the AP23XXX series?The aP23XXXK serie is similar to AP89XXXK serie. The major difference is it has a smaller package of 8 and 16 pin.
